Tension Corporation Launches New Blog
Kansas City, Mo. – As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, Tension Corporation launched a new blog, Ingenuity at Work on February 22. The blog will provide valuable insights for transactional billing/statement mailers, direct marketers and anyone looking to stay on top of industry trends.
Tension has assembled a team of industry experts to write articles for the blog. Ingenuity at Work will feature topics that range from best practices in mailpiece design to current USPS® related trends. Here are some topics currently in the lineup:
- Design ideas proven to boost envelope open rates
- The latest in Informed Delivery™ from the USPS®
- Direct marketing tips especially for nonprofit organizations.
Andy Weed, Vice President of Strategic Sales, said about the launch, “We have some of the most experienced sales associates in the business. We welcome the opportunity to share our insights with customers through the Ingenuity at Work blog.”
Tension seeks to make the blog as interactive as possible for readers. Customers and colleagues are encouraged to send in questions to be incorporated in a helpful “Did You Know” blog series, dedicated to answering customer questions based on knowledge from experts in the mailing industry.
The blog includes a sign-up area for anyone interested in future updates, where website users will be encouraged to subscribe to Ingenuity at Work in order to receive regular emails with blog postings.
Tension has a strong history of providing customer solutions for generations. Ingenuity at Work will expand upon that foundation of creativity and innovation, and deliver “ingenuity that works” for organizations seeking to engage mail recipients, increase responses and get results.
