Digital Natives are those born after 1980 during the age of technology and represent the largest demographic group in the United States. The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) commissioned research from two focus groups of Digital Natives to better understand current uses and perceptions of mail, and reactions to digitally interactive and well-design mailpieces.
